03 MARCH 2003 - PHOENIX, ARIZONA: Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers escort undocumented immigrants discovered in a drop house in Phoenix, AZ, to waiting transport vans. Phoenix police and fire departments responded to reports of a migrant drop house in south central Phoenix and found more than 70 undocumented immigrants in the home.
