02 APRIL 2012 - HANOI, VIETNAM: Commuters ride their bikes and motorcycles on the Long Bien Railraod Bridge over the Red River into Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. The bridge was built by the same architect who designed the Eiffel Tower.
