About 50 doctors, medical professionals, and public health professionals from across Iowa came to the State Capitol to demand that Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds impose a mask mandate to control the spread of the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). Despite the continued spread of the coronavirus and rapidly increasing infection rate for COVID-19, the Governor has refused to impose a mask mandate or close businesses.
