Occupy Phoenix Protests ALEC Meeting At Westin Keirland (19 images)

About 300 people picketed the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa in Phoenix, AZ, Wednesday, Nov 30, to protest the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) meeting. Many of the protesters were veterans of the Occupy movement and stressed peaceful protest, but there were also some anarchists mixed in the crowd who confronted police. Phoenix police responded by pepper spraying the crowd and arresting several people.
